I am feeling suicidal. What should I do?

How do I know if I need counseling?

Counseling can be for everyone! Whether your challenges feel big or small we can all use some support or guidance at times.

How long does each therapy session take?

Sessions are typically 45 to 55 minutes long and can be tailored to your specific needs.

How much is a session?

The initial session is $120, 45 minute session is $75 and a 60 minute session is $100.

I want to use my out of network benefits (OON). How does it work?

First you will want to call your insurance provider to find out about your OON benefits. To use OON benefits you would pay out of pocket for the service. At the end of each month I will provide you with a super bill, which you will submit to your insurance provider and they will reimburse you directly based on your OON benefits.
